Changes to the sailing instructions
The following rules have been added to the Sailing Instructions following the committee meeting on the 3rd November:25 - Sprint 15 catamarans without fixed cocktail cabinets whose average hull weight is less than 33kg shall carry correcting weights so that the combined weight of the two hulls and correctors is not less than 66kg. Sprint 15s with hulls weighing on average more than 33kg shall not be required to add correcting weights.
26 - Boats may have any form of buoyancy fitted or attached to the mast or to the top section of sails. The buoyancy may not be shaped so that it may be used for propulsion.

Update following the AGM:
25 shall read:
Sprint 15 catamarans without fixed cocktail cabinets whose average hull weight is less than 32.5kg shall carry correcting weights so that the combined weight of the two hulls and correctors is not less than 65kg. Sprint 15s with hulls weighing on average more than 32.5kg shall not be required to add correcting weights.
