Getting it out the early.

I'd be happy to commit to crew for any one willing to have me. Would be happy to commit to the whole of 2024 (exceptions being holidays but plenty of notice given). I missed lots of opportunities to pick up valuable experience and don't want to make the same mistake next year.

And no I'm not going to pay my way
