Sunday Pursuit Race
Posted: July 25th, 2020, 1:39 pmFor reasons of social-distancing, this season's pursuit races will all start out on the water on the normal start line (rather than from the beach).
The 15 minute horn will sound at 9.45am, with sailors starting in small groups at one-minute intervals thereafter.
Please check your individual "Pursuit start time" under the "Sailing" tab on the website. And especially to those amongst the first to start- make sure you know the course as you will be out in front!
Although the tide will be low, wind conditions will be sprightly (and increasing throughout the morning) so before you decide to race, please ensure you check that both yourself and your boat are well prepared (see previous guidance issued in recent weeks).
