Defibrillator

Postby Fangsnatcher » June 17th, 2021, 12:05 pm

Having just attended my annual immediate life support course and use of a defibrillator I was wondering if the club would like me to try for funding to have an AED defibrillator available at the club. I know the Resus team who can help with the funding process. It may involve a commitment to training club members and the numbers of those interested in training. I’m sure we have quite a few club members who are already familiar with medical emergencies and the use of a defibrillator who can help with training.
If the committee could consider and let me know then I’ll look into the process!

Thanks Bob. It is something the committee are currently considering and I know several members who would be interested in the training. Will add to the next meeting agenda.
