FITTING OUT SUPPER

.....FITTING OUT SUPPER.......... . SATURDAY 19th March. I was hoping to have it in the Club House, but I fear Covid is against us. The Channel View Hotel have offered to do a Buffet for the Club at £15 per head. The price quoted is for a minimum number 25. Before I can say yes or no I need a rough idea of numbers. Please leave a message or give me a shout. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as I have to talk to the Hotel.

The £15.00 buffet would include:
A Selection of Cold Meats
A Salmon Platter
Quiche
Savoury Rice
A Selection of Cheeses
A Selection of Salads
Petit Pans
A Selection of Vol-au-vent
Duck & Orange Pate
Mediterranean Pasta
Cous Cous
Mini Sausage Rolls
Spring Rolls
Mini Sticky Sausages

A selection of Puddings,
Fresh Fruit Salad
Cheesecake
Gateau

With Teas & Coffee available.

Fitting out Supper.
We still could do with some more numbers.
I am just over 20 at the moment.
More needed.
