Laying up supper

Hartland Hotel, Victoria Avenue, Shanklin.
Saturday 13th November 2010
7.30 for 8pm

Fantastic meal just for Shanklin Sailing Club.
£17 for adults, £13 for children.

Two Course Meal

Chef's own soup and warm roll
Prawn cocktail, brown bread and butter
Chicken Caesar salad

Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding
Roast supreme breast of chicken
Salmon with asparagus an a creamy Chardonnay and dill sauce
or
Roast butternut squash, spinach and walnut filo tart
Served with a platter of seasonal vegetables, new and roast potatoes

Profiteroles filled with sweet cream and coated in chocolate
Fruit cheesecake served with a fruit coulais and pouring cream
Caramelised orange torte
Cheese board

New format this year with a talk about what the club has been up to over the last year so if you want to find out what your partner has been up to over the last season then come along

Didn't understand the two course bit myself but just let it ride, as for the raffle again that will be down to Stuart, who is away for a couple of weeks.
Or did you mean dont forget the star prize the tray :mrgreen:
