Ventnor Races
Posted: April 29th, 2016, 9:29 amThe forecast has improved markedly for Sunday and it looks like we should be good to go to Ventnor.
There will be a normal 5 minute start signal at 09.55 on the usual line with the first race a simple course to Ventnor with the finish line off the Spyglass Inn.
There will be a race around the bay at Ventnor and then some victuals provided by the Ventnor Sailing Club at the Spyglass.
The last race be a return back to our finish line at Shanklin.
There are loads of prizes at stake, including a cup for the first novice for the combined series of the races to and from Ventnor.
Sprint 15s in two-up or unarig modes only please.
Let's get a big fleet out and make an impressive spectacle on the beach on the bank holiday weekend.
