Postby ChrisR » February 4th, 2010, 10:11 pm

The Tuesday racing is to be called the Tuesday Afternoon Series (not to emaginative but there we are) the series will be raced each Tuesday afternoon throughout the season. Half the number of races raced to count. 5 minute gun will be at 1400hrs.
Any grizzles see Erling

Do we need a race changes section any more?

I origionaly used the race change section for informing people of race changes, e.g. If a race had been cancled due to no wind or bad weather then in the rules we have to inform members if we are going to re run that race on another date. We have to give 7 days notice on the club board.
I used that section for that pourpose.

Is there a spell checker on the forum?

There's a spell checker in Firefox.

I think the system will cope with discarding half the results. But there's only one way of finding out.

Yes - it should discard half the races actually raced. If there's an odd number it will discard half of one less than the number raced.
