Easter sailing

Going for a sail in Sandown Bay tomorrow (Saturday), leaving the beach at 1pm.

All to play for in the Preston with the top Gold Fleet sailor way back in 5th. And he's nearly 80.

The Baker Challenge is also wide open and it will all shake down once the discard kicks in after the fourth race.

Hoping to sail to St Helens on Monday. Will confirm nearer the time when the forecasts settle down.

Hope you all enjoyed the starboard rounding windward marks. :o

Anyway, the forecast is for the wind to drop in the afternoon so I think St Helens is too far away to go with the tide.

Let's leave the beach at 10.00 am for a trip round the bay instead.

Well done to Bob Marks for winning the extremely close Baker Challenge race.

Arthur didn't enjoy the Starboard rounding W buoy, mind you he did check the condition if it under close inspection.
