If you are planning to visit the Alexandra Palace Dinghy Show on 6/7 March don't forget to visit our stand. As well as the boat (kindly supplied by Windsport) we will be showing a number of videos which is a first for our class. Over the weekend the stand will be manned by virtually the whole committee as well as the National Champion, our supplier (Brian Phipps of Windsport) and our team represent 9 different sailing clubs. So come and have a chat tell us what we are doing right and wrong. For people just thinking about trying the boat we have an introductory special edition of our magazine, NewSprint, and we will be taking names of those who want to sign up for a free demonstration ride at a club near to them.
So if you are about, don't forget to give us a look.
The show is the best place to pick up sailing gear at reduced prices before the season starts. Many of us go to the show to pick up wetsuits, boots, gloves, buoyancy aides, etc at better prices than you can get during the season. This is as well as visiting the Class stands and meeting up with our mates.
