A bit of work done

Postby ChrisR » October 16th, 2019, 7:41 am

We managed to get the Buoys pressure washed off, luckily they hadn't dried out yet which made it easier.

Got the safety boats out cleaned off, ran the engines, and cured the flashing light on the Grey Safety Boat.

Ran out of time but both boats need pumping up, the grey one's port sponson needs checking for a leak. Both Engines need some work over the winter especially the one on the yellow safety boat.

Well done Alan, Ian, Drew, Mark and all that helped.

Got the new replacement buoys blown up today, numbers painted on and numbers refreshed on the old buoys. Well done Ian, Ian and Craig.
3 or 4 new sinkers needed, will need some smaller tyres than the ones we have.
They also blew up and ran the safety boats. No red lights showing, all's good.
The yellow zap engine needs some work doing to the steering arm.

Great grub knocked up by Mary and Ian many thanks.

Lots of jobs still to be done. A list is on the board.
