Children in Need Sponsored SUP (Yaverland to Ventnor)

Postby mckenna789 » November 14th, 2011, 2:46 pm

Hi All, What a great laying up supper!

Is anyone interested in sponsoring me to Stand up Paddleboard the 7 miles from Yaverland to Ventnor this Friday 18th November? The forward forecast looks to be 10knts wind against with a pretty decent sized swell to keep knocking us off. There are at least 2 of us going but there could be more if the conditions start to look better.

If you would like to sponsor me please let me know. Sean - 0780 6613737 sean.mckenna@writeauthors.co.uk

Here is a link to the sponsor form I would get you to sign if I were standing next to you http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/fundraising/sponsorship_form.pdf :D

Windguru is giving force six on your nose.

Should be fun.

I know. We may have to go the opposite direction. There is a big swell as well to make it just that little bit more interesting.

Please somebody clean the webcam. I would like to see the SUPs going backwards against the tide and wind.
