I think that means PY is not 917 not 916 and I have adjusted the database accordingly:
Sprint 15 917
Sprint 15 Sport 883
This will not effect any of the 2009 races, particularly since none of them use the Portsmouth Yardstick.
The RYA seem to have 917 for 2010:
