I would like to remove the rule that we have at Shanklin that when in Sport Mode the jib has to be fitted to the boat (whether used or not).

I would still encourage people to use a jib but I don't think we need to make it compulsory and hence discourage some people from taking part at all.

I will put this to the committee next month, but if you have any comments please post below.
