Tools lent to surfer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was surfing on Hope Beach (close to your club house) yesterday, and one of your members (or at least someone who was repairing his boat in your boat yard) was kind enough to lend me some tools to help me free up my keys which had become lodged behind my hub cap. Unfortunately the gentleman in question left before I could return his tools, and so I now still have his turquoise tool kit in my car. Please let me know how I am able to get this message to all of your members, in the hopes that someone will be able to contact said individual; or if by fortune you happen to know said individual please contact me on 562817.
