Push The Boat Out

Postby Dreadnought » May 9th, 2017, 9:08 am

As you may have noticed we have an open day on Saturday and a race for visitors on Sunday.

Please could you bring your old wet suits to the club to lend to our guests. Suggest you write your names on them.

Lindsay Randerson will be operating a shoot to kill policy against anybody walking off with them so you should get them back.

We need plenty of help both days with getting people on the water and in taking turns in the safety boats. Give me a call if you want to help and I haven't contacted you already.

There will be a barbecue at the club house from about noon onwards on Saturday. Please come along even if you aren't sailing.

Please turn up as normal on Sunday - half an hour early. You will be able to race around even if you don't get issued with crew.

Only visitors will get the chocolates though.

Sterling effort by all who helped today. I won't mention names because there are too many to mention.

Got loads of people on the water and lots of new contacts of people to hopefully take out again.

Thank you to all.
