Yaverland Race

Postby Dreadnought » June 26th, 2017, 10:51 pm

The Yaverland Race on Thursday evening is open to any sailing craft helmed by a Shanklin Sailing Club member.

The 35 minute rule will not apply. The two hour limit for the first boat will apply.

The course may involve the post opposite Yaverland Sailing Club and the weather buoy which is a large round buoy on a transit between our club house and the end of Culver cliffs.

As you are Vice Commodore may I suggest leading by example and barge your way to the front of the ever growing queue.
