Disclaimer of Liability

By launching or going to sea, the boat confirms that it is fit for these conditions and that its crew is competent to sail in them.
Nothing done or omitted to be done by Shanklin Sailing Club can reduce the responsibility of the boat nor will it make Shanklin Sailing Club responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, however it may have occurred.
